Love of our alpine heritage and the legacy of past generations have inspired us to give a second lease of life to this fine old chalet nestling right in the middle of the village of St-Luc. Since 1933, the Hotel Grand Chalet Favre has been welcoming guests in search of nature and the authentic comfort of an alpine chalet... Facing the snowy peaks, the chalet’s 15 romantic rooms with large timber terraces and balconies darkened by the sun look out over the valley.
Inside, the alpine lodge invites you to recapture the feeling of the traditional chalets of yesteryear where ‘art de vivre’ and well-being had their golden era. In the evening, as the fire crackles in the hearth in the living-room, it’s the perfect time to have an aperitif and enjoy some pure moments of happiness with family or friends. So listen to the call of the mountains and delight in our exhilarating natural surroundings !

The historic chalet is located at the heart of the old village of St-Luc. This authentic village is perched at an altitude of 1650 meters with a spectacular view out over the whole of the Val d’Anniviers and the imperial crown of the mighty 4000-meter peaks looming above the end of the valley.
Behind the house is the Church square, the Bourgeois Assembly house and the Place de la Marmotte, all central meeting places for the villagers. Various sports and other shops are within a 2-minute walk.
